Coolant tank

The large capacity coolant tank is located on front side for an easy removal and a simple cleaning. The tank is isolated from the machine bed to prevent the heat transfer and the associated thermal distortion.

Standard machine is equipped with the latest Fanuc CNC command FANUC 0imate-MD to meet various requirement for batch production or high speed machining. The newly designed control panel can swing out for great convenience while setting up or operating the machine. When the control panel is not in use, it easily swings back into initial position.

Chip guard design

All axes are covered with stainless steel chip guard for better protection of the guide-ways. Slanted Y-axis chip guard is used in the front and rear side of saddle for easy chip flow.

The work table

The heavy duty large size work table is designed to allow heavy work pieces loading, and extra wide saddle gives much heavier loading capacity. A longer bed makes possible on extra long cross travel.

High performance linear guideways on X,Y-axis, provide extremely precise, anti-friction motion. Optimum spread and stance of the linear guides provide outstanding, uniform full support across the entire axis travel, ease of motion, straightness of movement and provides a stable cutting platform. The design insures that the machine movements never extend beyond the underlying support providing stability, rigidity and precision of motion – even with the heaviest of workpieces and engaged in the most challenging of cuts.

The three axes linear ways and ball screws are lubricated by specially designed self lubrication devices. The operator is not required to add lubrication oil. This lubrication system not only prevents oil deterioration caused by coolant pollution, but also meets environmental protection requirement.

After assembly, all machines are measured and calibrated by the QC department’s laser calibration equipment. This verifies precision and machine compensation, resulting in consistent accuracy and repeatability.



Machine Construction

The machine is designed to provide outstanding stiffness, rigidity, thermal stability, speed, power and accuracy to tackle even the toughest production part materials and tolerances. Based upon a traditional C-frame approach and using heavy cast iron construction, the structure insures the quick, efficient transfer of the cutting forces through the various elements of the machine – from spindle into the column and ultimately the bed of the machine.
